Job Description

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES

• End to End  Knowledge on KYC – Understanding the complete work flow of the process

• In Depth Knowledge on KYC, CDD, AML and Fraud related aspects

• Ability to create cross skilling and up skilling plans for teams on ground

• Drive the Learning and Training Academies within the account/process

• Fair Understanding on country specific AML Laws and Regulations

  Fair Understanding of Screening Nature and Purpose of Business Relationship

     

• Knowledge on CDD and Customer Identity Verification

• Contributing to internal projects and contributing to client driven projects

• Should have fair understanding of Knowledge Acquisitions and Knowledge Transfer practices

• Work with the Process and Sub Process SMEs to devise Process Knowledge Tests and drive them on a quarterly basis

• Analysis of reports and determine authenticity of the report, and ability to identify significant variances.

• Taking Ownership on the managing the assigned daily BAU and completing activities within the TAT

• Train New Hires and Existing staff on the Domain along with Process knowledge

 

• Maintain Skill Matrix and ensure knowledge levels are maintained across teams

   

• Attend daily calls with customer and explain the status/ progress of deliverables

• Daily, Weekly and Monthly dashboards for Training Progress

• Work with the central team to standardize the Training Capabilities and Training Practices

• Conduct Error Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Change dissemination, Training Need Identification

• Influence the system to work closely with all and strenthen the domain capability of the team

Qualifications:

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

•Should be Graduate.
The applicant should be a confirmed full-time employee of the organization.
• For lateral movement an employee has to complete 12 months  in his/her current band while for vertical movement it is mandatory to complete 18  months in current band as on the last day of this month.
• Candidate shall be responsible for all risk management & compliance activities as applicable to this functional role.
• Minimum rating of G3 P3 / HVC MRin the last appraisal.
• Applicant should not have been on a PCCP for the second time in the current role,in the last quarter or current quarter.If the employee has been put on  the PCCP for the first time in the current role,he/she is eligible to apply
• Employees can apply for lateral positions as well.
• Before applying please get your LWPs corrected in the system. Employees who have taken one or more than one unauthorized leave in last six months (from the date of Release of this IJP) are not eligible to apply for this IJP.

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

 

• Should be proficient in MS Excel(Advanced Skills)

• Fair understanding of Knowledge Practices

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Should have knowledge on MS PowerPoint, Acrobat.

• Proficient in Data analysis MI Reports, Data Gathering and Collation, Data Analysis, Attention to detail and be able to spot any Data quality issue

• Should possess excellent Communication skills

• Good team player

• Ability to handle pressure and ambiguity in an agile manner

• Excellent Stakeholder Management and Client Management
