Job Title: SAP SRM Consultant
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP SRM project implementations, including scoping, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Provide expertise in SAP SRM processes such as procurement, sourcing, and contract management.
Customize and configure SAP SRM modules to meet the business needs.
Ensure integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, SD, etc.) and external systems as required.
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
Design and implement solutions that enhance procurement processes and supplier collaboration.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SRM systems.
Ensure the system runs efficiently and address any issues or system downtime promptly.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to end-users and internal teams.
Create and maintain system documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of SAP SRM functionalities.
Facilitate communication and manage expectations between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Ensure that all SAP SRM processes adhere to internal governance, compliance, and best practice guidelines.
Keep up with SAP SRM updates and innovations to ensure continuous improvement in the system.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP SRM implementations and support.
Proven experience in leading at least two full-cycle SAP SRM implementations.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, contract lifecycle, and e-sourcing.
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with other SAP modules such as SAP MM (Material Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP FI (Financial Accounting).
Exposure to industries like Manufacturing, Retail, FMCG, or Services where SAP SRM is widely used.
Experience working with global, multi-location organizations is an added advantage.
Experience managing SAP projects, from planning to execution, including stakeholder communication and managing timelines and deliverable
Skills and Qualifications:
Expertise in SAP SRM modules, including Supplier Collaboration, Sourcing, Operational Procurement, and Contract Management.
Strong hands-on experience with configuration and customization of SAP SRM.
Familiarity with integration between SAP SRM and other modules like MM, FI, and third-party tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills to engage with various stakeholders.
Must have valid passport.
Willing to work in MENA Shift timings (Sunday to Thursday).
Client site work / Business Traveling involved.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
SAP SRM certification will be addon advantage.
