HCM Lead – Manager
Minimum of 7 Years of experience in SAP HCM
Ability to handle project management skill by performing tasks with cross functional teams, meet deadline
Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions
Conduct system testing and ensure proper integration and also data migration and ensuring data integrity with other SAP modules
Lead and mentor a team of SAP HCM consultants and developers.
Ensure systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM
SAP HCM certification is preferred
Resolve a critical payroll issue
Proficient in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and Employee Self-Service (ESS)
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
