Job summary
Implement associate coaching and identify holes in training based on trends
Effectively answer questions for Quality Assurance Leads and guide them to achieve the business goals
Work autonomously to meet targets and timelines
Meet productivity targets
Analyze metrics, identify performance trends, and report data to management
Track and manage individual performance and suggest opportunities for professional growth
Demonstrate Amazon Leadership Principles and Competencies
Serve as role model by displaying good judgement, positive work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills
Foster effective relationships with both QAAs, QASs and the QAL in a team environment
Maintain schedule adherence for the team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years experience in program or project management
2+ years of people management experience.
Experience leading process improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge/experience in publishing industry would be preferred Experience in quality assurance Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with strong organizational and follow-up skills Certified or Trained in Six sigma methodology
