Key job responsibilities
1. Daily Management of shift:
2. Administrative management of associates
3. Job allocation to associates
4. Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.
5. Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues
6. Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans
7. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
8. Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis
9. Stand-in for site trainer
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree
– Speak, write, and read fluently in English
– Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in an operational role
