In this role, you will be responsible for:
Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for multiple areas of a city. Executing the delivery process from delivery station to customer address.
Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team working with you.
Preparing and implementing training and development plans for delivery partners.
Enhancing the operations metrics by providing expertise through ground insights and root cause analysis process.
Ensuring enough bandwidth in delivery team to ensure peak time delivery management.
Continuous improvement of the delivery process by managing projects, delivering project plans and monitoring performance.
Conducting audits for the delivery station/ areas on regular basis.
Stand-in for Area Manager.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, Business Management, or Economics
Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
0 – 2 yrs of experience in a customer facing environment/ manufacturing/ managing a process
Comfortable with reading, writing and communicating in English
Proficient in MS excel.
Advanced analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
Ability to work in ambiguous situations and to come out with solutions
Able to identify the way to get things done using limited resources.

Prior experience in managing quality while managing fast paced and rapidly growing business
