JOB SUMMARY

The candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in analysing huge amounts of data. The candidate should be willing to learn new organisational tool and work on them as the primary role will be to input forecasting details (project/hours etc.) on to the tool and create reports/analysis based on report extracted from the tool. The role requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail for a highly regarded team that focuses on accuracy and timeliness. The role is only open for people with effective communication skills as you would be in regular communication with senior stakeholders in the business.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be a dedicated point of contact for the process.
Maintain and monitor the resourcing mailbox.
Input forecasting details (project/hours etc.) on to the tool and create reports/analysis based on report extracted from the tool.
Communicate and coordinate with MENA Experience Management Team /MENA resources etc. to collect commentary, explanations, and clarifications on analysing information.
Involve in ad-hoc projects.

 

Eligibility:

BCOM (Commerce)/MBA Finance or MCOM

 

Skills and Abilities:

Being responsive and accountable for the resourcing process
Should have good coordination and proactive skill.
Independent worker and analytical thinker.
Proficient in MS office
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
