As a Sr. Program Manager of Prime Video APAC (Asia-Pacific) and MENA (Middle East & North Africa) regions, you will be working closely with regional business teams and world-wide product and tech teams to deliver best-in-class features for our Prime Video customers. You will develop a deep understanding of the local customers and will help in building solutions to address the local customer needs contributing to the growth of international customers for Prime Video. We are looking for a customer-obsessed Program Manager with a strong track record of delivering results and working across different teams.
Key job responsibilities
* You will be the key point of contact for Prime Video Product and tech teams in delivering the features to APAC+MENA regions.
* Own leadership reviews to keep regional business leaders updated on product status.
* Work closely with regional product team to identify the gaps and opportunities in the regions to drive the growth.
* Collaborate with multiple internal teams in the org (and cross-org) to launch the features
* Develop operational plans to improve the productivity and efficiency of the teams
* Have excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Have good verbal and written communication skills
* Influence the dependent teams and stakeholders and can efficiently navigate roadblocks and move forward
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience in handling complex projects independently (with limited guidance).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Master’s degree
– Experience working on complex projects in a large global company with stakeholders across the globe
