Responsible for providing support in the month end activities and ensuring timely closure of books.
Responsible for clearing up the open line items, reconciling items on timely basis.
Responsible for reporting and financial analysis.
Support Statutory and Internal Audit by timeline submission of data and resolving audit queries

Responsible for timely and accurate submission of reports.
Works independently to identify and execute projects and process improvements to enhance efficiency
Collecting and analyzing quantitative data. Analyze trends and savings initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Masters or Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
4 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
Sound Process knowledge of General Ledger, Accounting and Reconciliation.
Should have prior experience of reporting and financial analysis.
Experience of Oracle Financial preferred.
Highly analytical and detail oriented.
Strong ability to communicate internally and externally.
Strong ability to take initiative and self start when necessary.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Preferably having experience in process transitions, effective knowledge transfers, creating and validating SOPs.
Preferably having working knowledge with databases.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

A solid working knowledge of Oracle Financial and Essbase /Smart view application and retrieving reports through SQL queries.
