About Amazon Centralized Timekeeping (CTK)

The vision of the Centralized Timekeeping team is to utilize top talent to streamline time and attendance data entry, reduce payroll defects and provide consistently high service levels. CTK will support and manage time and attendance matters for thousands of Amazon Employees. Requests from employees or HRs are submitted via System/trouble ticketing across the network. The Centralized Timekeeping team manages these requests by auctioning them on a FIFO basis but will prioritize any payroll impacting ticket if there is a risk of a payroll defect. The efforts of this team support the businesses by ensuring employees’ time and attendance matters are handled with speed, precision and with customer obsession always in mind.

Position Description
We are looking for Sr. Associate to Join Amazon’s HR Operations team in Hyderabad. This position specializes in the time and attendance management and will overview the processes of time and attendance focusing on process optimization and improve customer experience.
Responsibilities
· Verify and perform data entry in multiple systems. Look for variances in the data for correction or further analysis.
· Analyze and audit data for accuracy. Resolve and/or escalate to the stakeholders’ as necessary.
· Provide accurate and timely response to inquiries adhering to the SLAs.
· Manage the workflow of the team including service level adherence, absences, and increased volumes. Understand impacts of changes in PeopleSoft system and how these will impact internal/external interfaces.
· Provide clear communication to partners and employees when researching and resolving inquiries.
· Coordinate with global team on related activities, including analysis or preparation of documentation; communicate processes and best practices.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualification:
· Any Bachelor’s/MBA Degree
· Minimum 1+ years of work experience
· Strong Interpersonal Skills
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Superior attention to detail
· Aptitude for working independently with excellent problem solving skills
· MS Office experience required – proven experience working with Excel Macros, and/or advanced Excel formulas
· Comfortable escalating and able to provide feedback regarding the role and work volume

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1+ Yrs. of Conact Center experience
Excellent speaking-listening-writing skills
Experience with HRIS & other HR Systems
