Job summary
Amazon Fresh program is highly cross-functional in nature, intensive and requires a number of India-first solutions to be created.
We are looking for a talented, driven and experienced Associate for Grocery and Consumables business. It is an important role that will contribute to the evolution and success of some of the key priorities of the organization by working with vendors, category teams, finance teams to own the accruals, invoicing and reporting for vendor activations and investments on the program. Joining the team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Key deliverables of the role:
· Own and publish the monthly vendor investment tracker, with updates on execution & invoicing
· Engage with vendors regarding inputs for campaigns and payment of invoices
· Manage the investment invoicing process end to end
· Automate reports and dashboards where feasible
· Build a SQL/Macro repository for adhoc requests and reports
· Own the buy-ability work-stream and processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree from a well reputed institute in analytics or business field

Good Proficiency in Excel; basic knowledge of SQL/VBA etc

Strong communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

SQL/VBA expertise and successful track record in working with teams
