Description
This position is in Wipro Insights/Knowledge team. It provides high quality, impactful and analytical deliverables on assigned projects that enable Wipro practitioners build client relationships, win pursuits and strengthen the brand and reputation of Wipro’s BFSI vertical (Banking / Securities & Capital Markets / Insurance) in the market. It will include • Research, analysis and insight support to major pursuits • Thought provoking analysis and understanding of the specific vertical (or topic of the assigned project, as applicable), with responsibility for the execution of initiatives based on a good knowledge of the domain’s/topic’s dynamics and drivers. • Supporting engagement with stakeholders and internal customers to provide a clear perspective on the business issues, challenges and opportunities available to them in the market, through impactful research and analysis on the implications of those trends for Wipro and its clients.
It involves development and understanding of consulting and the domain specific solution practices and being a supporting team member in client engagements during one of more of the client delivery lifecycle stages. Principal Responsibilities – Analyze, and understand client priorities through requirements gathering & elicitation documents – Support data collection and analysis on a stream of work – Support building core documentation & manuals required ( project documents; installation and operating guidelines) – Learn & eventually execute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy of solution – Help build subject matter expertise in the area of specialization ( Product/Process)
– Steer Business Value Meter initiative which focuses on new-age technologies such as Internet of Things, Cloud, Digital, Block Chain and Automation. – Work on strategic theme initiatives of Customer Advocacy Group. – Plan CQO client connects to enhance customer satisfaction, especially in MG/KG accounts. – The candidate must have good communication skills, a positive attitude, able to take ownership and deliver results. – The candidate must be self-driven, passionate, analytical, problem solver with a technical as well as functional bent of mind. – He/she should possess strong organizational and time- management skills and have the ability to multi-task.
Knowledge Must Have – Bachelor of Science from a recognized University – MS office tools including Visio / PPT / Word / Excel Preferred – Engineering Degree, Master’s Degree or MBA (in related fields) Behavioral Competencies – Effective Communication – Collaborative Working – Problem Solving – Learning Agility
