Job Description: SPID* (Smart Piping and Instrumentation Diagram)Administrator
Execute the testing across SPID & SSK application and tools
Be the expert and give support to SPID admin tools. It includes smart PID, Engineering Manager, Catalog Manager, Format Manager, Installation Manager, Option Manager, Drawing Manager, Rules Manager, data dictionary, Synchronization Manager, Filter Manager and SPID support facilities.
Responsible for development to maintenance of SPID & SSK content and configuration end to end on full and on quality.
Analyze and mitigate the impact of changes on different SPID admin tools and their dependencies.
Maintain the configuration files and the excel load files when content updates are required.
Contribute to the process improvements by sharing the knowledge, best practices and by identifying productivity gains.
Collaborate closely with the stakeholders to align on requirements and planning of the content updates(reusable design, SDT, project & supplier teams)
Facilitate the onboarding of new business demands to be supported by SPID application.

Responsibilities:
The Solutions Engineer will: – Conceptualize, plan and execute Customer Showcases – Deliver showcases and conduct workshops for various stake holders from client teams – Collaborate and work closely with Retail, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing & Tech, Communications, and Healthcare Business Units to map out agendas and visit flows – Drive SVIC walk-throughs aligned to profile of the customer and the industry – Evangelize Innovation showcases featuring AI, AR, VR, and IoT Skills and competencies: – A strong team player who is comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to a startup-like working environment – A technologist with a good understanding of technology trends in the industry and ability to visualize and articulate future of technology – Strategic Business Perspective: consultative approach to understand the industry, customer business, and the market place – Excellent communication and presentation skills, must have the ability to connect with C-Level leadership – Demonstrate and appreciate curiosity through domain and technology expertise
Qualifications: – Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited US college or university – Desired Program of Study: – Computer Science – Computer Engineering – Software Engineering – Management Information Systems – Cumulative or major GsPA of 3.0 or higher.
Administration of SmartPlant Instrumentation, Application Upgrade, Database Conversion, SQL and Oracle Database management
Sound Knowledge on Database tables and hands on experience for SPI Domain merge
This role requires experience supporting multi-office-execution models.
The SPI administrator will participate in the overall implementation of the tool in a SmartPlant Enterprise integrated environment
