Job Description
This is an offshore role in Bangalore for the Solution architect. The role would be part of the Network Practice team of CIS for Transformation & managed services solutioning
Key Responsibilities:
· Supporting the Sales team in managing and maximizing customer relationships
· Keeping current with all technical details of the Network Collaboration services of Wipro
· Working closely with our customers in a pre-sale’s role, to understand their technical requirements and explain technical solutions
· Preparing compelling commercial proposals after gather customer needs and agreeing on detailed specifications
· Support in developing network support and solutions based on market trends
· Preparing and conducting technology demonstrations in customer-facing situations and needs
· Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and acting as a representative of Wipro always
Person Specification
Experience:
· Commercial awareness, an understanding of the sales-cycle process and ability to build customer relationships and trust.
· Ability to manage and interpret customer requirements
· A confident, professional personality and style, able to present at customer meetings, seminars, training sessions and trade shows
· Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and a focus on delivering results
· Help the team to be able to solution, sell, deliver cloud based collaboration solutions to clients. Readiness includes: Product overview, Partner readiness support, pricing, documentation, first call presentations
· Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual, global environment
· A willingness to travel as required, including Europe, USA and India
Key Competencies and Skills:
· A relevant technical degree (or equivalent qualification) in Engineering
· Experience in technical solution architecting or pre-sales customer facing situations
· At least 5+ years recent relevant experience in in unified communications design, implementation, and management
· In depth knowledge in at least one of the Unified communications and collaboration technology – Cisco Webex Calling, Microsoft Team, Zoom Phone or Ring Central.
· Knowledge of CCaaS Solution – Webex Contact Center, Genesys , Five9 & Amazon Connect.
· Good to have knowledge of collaboration toolsets related to
Fault, Performance and provisioning (e.g. Nectar, VoSS, Prognosis etc.)
· Hands on experience developing or supporting Collaboration solution in cloud solution
· Good to have UC & CC Cloud Solution certification.
· Good to have knowledge of one of the programming languages or scripting languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#
· Good to have knowledge in building integrations across WFM, CRM, Unified Communications, and contact centers
· Familiarity and/or experience with public cloud infrastructures and technologies such as Google Cloud Engine or Microsoft Azure will be a plus
· Shall have knowledge of Network tool understanding of Fault, Performance and provisioning like CA, Cisco etc.
· Overall solution understanding of IT infrastructure across data center.
· Demonstrable experience working in a similar role in at least one of the key target vertical market sectors
