The ServiceNow Delivery Leader/Head is responsible for overseeing the delivery of ServiceNow projects at all locations for CIS. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow platforms, project/Delivery management skills, and the ability to manage and mentor a diverse team. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and the growth of offshore capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the ServiceNow delivery team, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and communications to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of delivery for all ServiceNow projects.
Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, including staffing, training, and development, to meet project demands and promote professional growth.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance delivery capabilities, including process improvements, technology advancements, and best practices.
Financial Management: Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficient use of resources.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with delivery, ensuring project continuity and minimizing disruptions.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the adoption of new methodologies and technologies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 20-25 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 12-15 years in a leadership role overseeing offshore delivery teams.
ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platforms and solutions, including implementation and customization.
Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Cultural Awareness: Understanding of different cultures and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
