Key job responsibilities
The Senior Program Manager- Operations will lead and manage a team of high performing Program Managers and Operations Managers and their teams responsible for managing programs and operations related to monitoring Amazon’s retail competitors worldwide.
Some of the key result areas include, but not limited to:
· Responsibility for defining and driving functional/business goals
· Building a data oriented culture, adoption of technology solutions and process improvement projects to achieve business goals.
. Liaising with the technology and operational teams in identifying use cases/requirements, implementing sustainable solutions and scaling them effectively to support Amazon Pricing operations worldwide.
· Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on various project milestones, process changes, escalations, etc.
· Designing and developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders in the Retail and Pricing orgs.
· Ensuring high quality standards for interviewing and hiring employees at all levels of the organization.
· Owning specific people programs on coaching and development and team engagement.
About the team
The Competitor Monitoring Team (CMT) within Selling Partner Services, has operations based in India manages pricing for millions of items sold on Amazon worldwide and owns providing intelligence to business to ensure competitive pricing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
5+ years of experience in program or project management
5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
Experience in people management

8+ yrs work experience

Business analysis acumen, with substantive experience measuring the success of a complex business process and proposing new business opportunities.
Operational support and passion, with experience in establishing, measuring, and meeting service level agreements, improving the availability, performance, and quality of systems, and managing complex on-the-fly operational problems.
Has a track record of communicating worldwide with executives and non-technical leaders, experience with multi-national companies, and dealing with customers across the world.
Outstanding attention to detail; Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
5+ years of experience in program or project management
5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Masters Degree/MBA, Certification in Project Management/process excellence (PMP, Six Sigma)
Experience in ecommerce/retail
Exposure to large scale operations
