As a member of the CMT team, you’ll play a key role in the evolution of our Competitive Monitoring systems to solve the world’s most complex technical challenges in Crawling, Large-scale computing, Distributed systems, Web applications, Data mining, Scalability, Security, and Algorithms to name a few. Key job responsibilities
• Manage complex business processes at scale.
• Drive end-to-end high impact and high visibility programs that impact pricing and hence customer experience on Amazon
• Communicate with and influence internal and external stakeholders in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Defining, develop and use metrics to drive the vision and manage the business.
• Analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive insights for enhancing systems
• Ability to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.

About the team
Competitor Monitoring Team (CMT) drives the Amazon flywheel, by providing competitive pricing information to Retail and 3P businesses in an automated, near real time manner. The primary objective of CMT is to provide accurate and timely information about competitor’s price and other dimensions such as availability, promotions, ship price, and rebate which are relevant to customer’s purchasing decisions. CMT publishes competitor information across Retail and 3P products for all marketplaces and regions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
