Job summary
Amazon is a fast growing business that needs a strong Research Associate or Executive Recruiter to help the business scale by identifying and recruiting top talent to fill our management roles. The Senior Executive Recruiter will perform end to end search execution for management positions within Amazon. This is a fast paced role with a fun and exciting team. This search specialist will utilize a range of skills to find the best talent for Amazon including research, networking and candidate development/attraction and assessment.
This role will drive the search by:

Build effective sourcing, attraction and assessment, with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of opportunity
Understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to “profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation” rather than sell a role.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts assessment of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process.
Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and Amazon’s Leadership Principles. Possess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques and leveraging of internal sources of talent
Participating in client update meetings on active searches and preparing reports
Participate in on-site interviews and debriefs
Providing strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership

The ideal candidate needs exceptional research, executive sourcing and assessing skills, and a personality that can keep up with an entrepreneurial, fast paced recruiting culture. He/she will be someone who can work autonomously and as part of a team, who is articulate with solid oral and written communication skills, and who is a good listener. He/she must also be organized and able to manage multiple activities to completion.

Location: Bangalore preferred. Open to Mumbai/Delhi NCR

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree required.
Executive Search experience in large corporate or reputed executive search firm

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Masters or MBA preferred.
Strong oral and written communication
