EY is looking for a Business Analyst – Digital Transformation (Core Banking/Lending)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team, focusing on Core Banking and Lending. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving digital innovation and process improvements within the banking and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for digital transformation initiatives.
Analyze existing banking or lending processes to identify opportunities for optimization and digitization.
Work closely with IT teams to ensure that digital solutions are aligned with business needs and are delivered on time and within budget.
Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.
Conduct market research to stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies in the banking and lending industry.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user stories.
Assist with the design and execution of test plans to ensure that digital solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new digital tools and processes.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the banking, Consulting or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of core banking or lending processes and digital transformation strategies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as BPMN, UML, or Agile/Scrum.
Experience with digital banking platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
A team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
