Job Description:
As an Associate Director in Financial Due Diligence, you will lead and execute due diligence engagements, provide strategic insights to our clients, and manage teams on high-profile transactions. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding clients through the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring they achieve their investment objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct financial due diligence engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring excellence and precision in analysis and reporting.
Provide leadership and strategic direction to dedicated due diligence teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key advisor throughout the transaction process.
Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated transaction advisory services.
Drive growth and business development by identifying new opportunities and client presentations.
Share expertise and market insights to enhance the firm’s reputation as a leader in Strategy and Transactions space
Qualifications and Skill Set:
A professional accounting / finance qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA or equivalent)
A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in financial due diligence, with leadership experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver large and complex due diligence projects.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relationship management.
