EY-GDS – Strategy and Transactions (SaT) – Assistant Manager (Corporate Strategy – Digital)
Job Role –
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager within our Corporate Strategy Digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving research, data analysis, and the creation of strategic documents to support sector teams and senior partners across diverse service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Leads teams in the execution of projects, manages timelines, aids in building and maintaining client relationships, leads regional level initiatives
Involve in business development activities to some extent, specialization in a 1 or 2 sectors is a plus.
Demonstrate excellent skills in developing and implementing digital frameworks.
Design new solutions and assist Senior Managers/Directors on proposals and new business opportunities
Lead in developing analytical, and concise reports and presentations for management, outlining the key technical findings, business impacts and recommendations.
Experience in creating high-quality presentations, with a keen eye for detail and design to convey information in a compelling manner.
Manage a team of 3-4 people. Act as a counsellor for team members, identify L&D requirements of counselees
Skills and Attributes for Success
Strong research experience in Digital/tech/emerging technologies
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
Have good knowledge of research databases like Capital IQ, One Source, Factiva, Reuters,etc.
Be proficient to search/source right information from relevant sources
Strong analytical, executional and interpersonal skills, report writing, well versed with Alteryx, Power BI and GenAI, ability to manage multiple projects.
Technical knowledge around data management, architecture, operating and business models etc.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science or related field from a premier institute with 3-5 years of applicable industry and/or consulting experience
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills, exposure to tools like PowerBI, Altryx, working knowledge of Python will be a plus.
