Wipro is seeking highly skilled Business Analysts/ Functional Consultants in the SAP S4 domain to join our Finance Process Transformation Team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming finance processes under the CFO function and will work closely with the CIO function to ensure seamless integration and optimization of SAP S4 HANA solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the CFO and CIO functions to drive finance process transformation initiatives.
Design, implement, and optimize SAP S4 HANA solutions to support finance processes.
Provide expertise in L2O (Lead to Order), O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), H2R (Hire to Retire), and R2R (Record to Report) processes.
Conduct requirement analysis, system configuration, and testing to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
Support data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S4 HANA implementations.
Stay updated with the latest SAP S4 HANA developments and best practices.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience with SAP S4 HANA, including implementation and optimization.
Strong knowledge of L2O, O2C, P2P, H2R, and R2R processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
SAP certification is a plus.
