Job summary
Recruiting Services supports Amazon Talent Acquisition organizations with all administrative activities and recruiting coordination, globally.

Key job responsibilities
Handle high volume transactions of scheduling and non-scheduling in nature and other assignments in alignment with standard operating procedures.
2. Come up with process improvement ideas and participate in continuous improvement/Lean projects.
3. Maintaining highest quality and improving customer experience.
4. Address customers’ queries in a timely manner.
5. Adhere to process level Service Level Agreements.
6. Able to work on critical processes which needs dive deep and attention to details.
7. Proactive with deliverable and display Ownership.
8. Should be able to work with data sets
9. Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
10. Coordinate onsite events for the candidates.
11. Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status.
12. Coordinate post-interview debrief scheduling and sharing consolidated feedback before the debrief with Recruiter.
13. Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
14. Educate client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process.

A day in the life
This position is for Recruiting Services, which comprises of scheduling and non-scheduling activities and has the following teams: Employee Referral Program, Students Program, Rehire Eligibility Talent Acquisition Operations, Candidate & Travel Expense Management, Internal Loops Scheduling, Online Assessments, and Phone Screens.

Amazon is seeking a delivery-oriented resource to join our Recruiting Services team. This role will focus on handling transactions of scheduling and non-scheduling activities and other assignments in alignment with the standard operating procedures.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts in voice environment.
2. BA/BS degree/MBA degree.
3. International voice experience.
4. 2+ years of Recruitment related experience.
5. Strong knowledge of Excel.
6. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power point, etc.).
7. A passion to exceed expectations.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. Ability to continually prioritize changing responsibilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Recruiting experience.
2. Genuine customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
3. Ability to serve multiple customers (Stake holders, Project/Transition managers & Program team)
4. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
5. Ability to identify and resolve issues independently
