3. Release Coordination: Coordinate and schedule release activities, including environment setup, code branching, build deployments, testing, and go-live activities.

4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to releases, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure contingency plans are in place.

5. Communication and Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, including development teams, project managers, business owners, and customers, to provide visibility and updates on release progress.

6. Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define and execute release testing strategies, ensuring the integrity and quality of software releases.
