DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Program Manager who shares Amazon’s passion for customer and is keen on redefining the Recommerce industry in India. ReCommerce is an emerging area with huge potential in India and you will have an opportunity to set up and run programs to tap into this market. You will be required to single handedly drive discussions with sellers as well as internal stakeholders across Finance, Category, Product and FC Operations. Deep-diving for large set of information available and deriving insights to launch new programs/processes is much needed to ensure success in this space.
The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership, manage high volumes of tasks and projects and react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as the ability to work well with external stakeholder is essential.
Responsibilities will include data crunching, launching new projects and account management for sellers opting into Grading & Relisting program of ReCommerce.
a) Ability to run queries, analyze data information to deep-dive on key program improvement metrics
b) Have technical bent to be able to work on self-serve configuration setup to facilitate operations and anticipate potential failures (both tech and quality issues)
c) Single handedly drive discussions across stakeholder for new project launches for Grading & Relisting
d) Account manage relationships with key sellers aimed to expanding the category footprint
e) Require high level of maturity to discern one-off vs structural issues and balance seller expectations and product/tech investment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 4+ years of program or project management experience
– 4+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
