Key job responsibilities
* Manage the Engagement with a key service within RS – PathFinder.
* Drive expansion of Recruiting Services portfolio through collaboration and engagement with stakeholders.
* Collaborate with Operations, ACES, Training, Finance and customer teams to drive E2E delivery of operational and transition projects.
* Drive process improvement, resourcing planning, and decision alignment across functions and levels.
* Support the delivery of better value and efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within processes and identification of better ways of working.
* Effectively eliminate defects through transition with key focus on customer obsession.
* Actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance.
* Work closely with business partners and key stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment to support our program.
* Partner with other teams to understand roadmap dependencies and agreeing prioritization.
* Lead weekly and monthly reporting with business and operations stakeholders.

Amazon Recruiting Engine Team is reinventing how we recruit at Amazon. Recruiting the right candidates across all of Amazon is critical to our ability to innovate and build on behalf of customers. As the search for talent becomes more competitive, we are bringing together recruiting, science, tech, programs, and process teams to find and hire candidates who raise the bar more quickly and efficiently. Within the Recruiting Engine, this position is for the Recruiting Services team which comprises of scheduling and non-scheduling activities and has the following teams: Employee Referral Program, Students Program, Rehire Eligibility, Systems Support, Candidate & Travel Expense Management, Internal Loops Scheduling, Online Assessments, and Phone Screens.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years experience in program or project management

• Educated to degree level.
• Is a self-starter, prioritizes customer obsession, has bias for action and is result oriented.
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communications skills – able to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing customer stakeholders and managing expectations.
• Works effectively as part of a global team, possessing strong analytical and problem solving skills, can effectively handle multiple tasks, workload, changing priorities, and tight deadlines.
• Has good organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
• Is comfortable with data and quantitative metrics.
• Is an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA preferred.
• A formal qualification in project management is desirable.
• Experience in Regional/Global projects and/or leading cross-functional projects would be advantageous.
• Proven experience and expertise in Recruiting function within an intense fast paced customer driven environment.
• Experience of working in a shared services environment and of the elements required to support the development of services, such as development of standard operating procedures (SOP) and customer centric design.
