We are building a new, emerging business in shipping to solve some of the biggest logistical challenges facing not just Amazon, but the entire industry. We need program managers with tactical operations experience, a penchant for process deployment, excellent communication cross functionally, and project tracking with leaders and stakeholders across the organization.

Help nurture and grow capabilities and operations that cut across delivery, sort center, and linehaul operations, with a direct customer impact. In this role you will be instrumental in managing and growing the new Seller pick up, consolidation operations in Delivery/Pickup Stations. You will ensure the operations run efficiently and achieve quality and CX metrics. You will have a direct influence of Seller and customer experience as part of this exciting role. You will work effectively with Delivery Station, Sort Centre and other operational teams across multiple organizations, in order to grow the MFN (Merchant Fulfilled Network) operations. The role will also work closely with the Easy Ship and Seller Flex teams to define ideal Seller experience and ensure they enjoy a great pick up experience and C2D service. You will be instrumental in developing new technology and operational solutions for scale and will ensure the correct requirements are documented to support this.

Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for the quality, performance and customer service of the MFN Operation across a number of Delivery Station consolidation nodes and Sort Centers.
Develop strong working relationships with AMZL Delivery Station teams, SC teams, Regional Managers and Directors and ATS leadership in order to manage/audit service quality, process improvement and business growth.
Support the Easyship and Seller flex team in account management of our seller’s experience. Be an owner for Seller Experience from a Lastmile standpoint.
Work in conjunction with the Easyship/Seller flex program team to execute infrastructure expansion and ensure configuration and tech supports geographical expansion and product features.
Input to S&OP process in order to execute against capacity/demand profile, whilst ensuring resources and processes support this.
Ability to scope out business and functional requirements for the Amazon technology teams in order to create and enhance the software systems and tools.
Ensure SOPs are created, updated and agreed with ACES team and ensure these are disseminated and trained within stations and SCs. Identify and test best practises and document them for wider deployment and embed Standard Work.
Change Management: Own and ensure execution of ‘events’ planning such as Public Holidays, Prime day and Peak plans. Assist in the development and deployment key operational and products changes to timescale ensuring deliverables met in conjunction with DS and SC teams.
A successful candidate will also demonstrate:

Write and review business cases using information acquired from various stakeholders
Prioritize projects with biggest impact on our business, propose and obtain approval from relevant functional leaders, and schedule resources
Possesses a broad technical background and has the ability to “roll up their sleeves” and jump in if needed, along with managing
Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality and document these solutions
Be comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading
Maintain the overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and Go-Live and ramp phase.
Build framework and identify initiatives to improve seller relationship

Basic Qualifications Preferred Qualifications – Experience as a process deployment program manager

4+ years of progressive responsibility in program or project
· Technology affinity and a track record of employing systems to drive simplification, efficiency and change
· Strong and effective communication skills which include the ability to write compelling, concise documents
· Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment and take decisions
· Excellent business judgement, with a track record of generating ideas and solving problems independently
· Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships and networks

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years experience in program or project management
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
3+ years experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

MBA from Top Tier Institute.
Ability to travel.
Proven background and prior experience in a program management or operational role within manufacturing, logistics, last mile delivery, gig economy, or supply chain environment.
Experience in an operational management / product
Demonstrable track record of success in operations
Proven experience in executing scalable solutions in a fast paced, high growth, operational business environment
Experience managing, negotiating, and communicating with internal business partners
Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines
Proven track record of complex and creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new solutions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
