Job summary
The F3CO team is looking for a Program Manager to own catalog initiatives that are central to the quality of the grocery shopping experience on Amazon.com. Catalog is foundational to the F3 (Fresh, Food, Fast) business, acting as the basis for both the customer and fulfillment shopper CX. In this role, the candidate would work closely with operations, product, and tech teams across the F3 org.

He/She will own programs that require strategic direction, diving deep with customer data, and cross-team communication to deliver results for our customers. While the position is based out of Hyderabad, the candidate would be interacting with leaders in NA and IN, on a daily basis.

F3CO is at the core of Amazon’s explosive growth in retail grocery. We seek a self-starter who can quickly familiarize him/herself with this fast-paced environment, build relationships with cross-functional teams, and assume ownership for a broad array of topics. Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

Defining goals inline with the business vision, and building roadmaps to achieve the same.
Identifying business impact of trends and making data backed decisions.
Communicating with stakeholders and leadership through narrative documents
Extract data from databases and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis
Escalating problems or variances in the information and data to the relevant owners and following through on resolutions.
Drive process improvements to improve efficiencies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of relevant work experience in Program or project management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Excel
Excellent communication, both verbal and written
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders and drive resolution when conflicts or issues arise
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize workload.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in a technical and business management related field
Familiarity with Amazon catalog tools and processes
Experience in Microsoft Excel, SQL.
Ability to prepare, report and interpret large sets of data
