DESCRIPTION

The overall industry is being driven by constant innovations in improving speed to deliver a wide selection of products to drive growth and lower the cost of fulfillment. We are hiring Program Manager to run complex and cross functional supply chain projects to contribute in building new channels to fuel growth to overall Amazon India business. The incumbent will drive improvement in network design to meet the ever evolving network with new FCs and hubs. This role involves streamlining current processes, develop automated solutions and efficiency improvement initiatives.
The incumbent will own the following –
1) They will be responsible for working with category, finance, Operations team, Instock managers and other Amazon teams to drive large programs balancing cost and speed.
2) Responsible for simplifying network design to streamline the inventory movement across network.
3) Improve turn around time (TAT) across the network.
4) Adopt technology to improve the accuracy of decision making
5) Liaise across functions to drive their project and help clear issues and bottlenecks.
6) Work with technology teams to scope out and drive any tech changes that are needed
This role will provide you freedom to think long term, define your own problem statements, work on solutions and implement them to bring improvement. The performance will be measured on the impact of these initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Bachelor’s degree
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
– Master’s degree
