We need program managers with tactical operations experience, a penchant for process deployment, excellent communication cross functionally, and project tracking with leaders and stakeholders across the organization. Help nurture and grow the DSP program to be preferred choice for service providers across the country and continually delight them with process and product interventions. As the Delivery Service Provider Experience and Engagement lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end experience for our network of delivery service providers (DSPs). This includes understanding current sentiment trends, managing ongoing engagements, and continuously improving the processes and tools to support an optimal delivery experience. Responsibilities Include:DSP Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with DSP partnersGather feedback from DSPs and advocate for their needs within the organizationOrganize and facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and communication channels to keep DSPs informed and engagedProcess and Tool Optimization: Continuously review and optimize the processes, systems, and tools used to support DSP operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvementsEnsure DSPs have the necessary support and resources to be successfulCross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with teams in operations, customer service, and technology to ensure a seamless delivery experienceParticipate in strategic planning and decision-making to represent the needs and interests of DSP partners A successful candidate will also demonstrate: – Dive deep into various work streams and not be afraid to learn about each stakeholders contribution and challenges – Write and review business cases using information acquired from various stakeholders – Prioritize projects with biggest impact on our business, propose and obtain approval from relevant functional leaders, and schedule resources – Possesses a broad technical background and has the ability to “roll up their sleeves” and jump in if needed, along with managing – Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality and document these solutions – Be comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading – Maintain the overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and Go-Live and ramp phase. – Build framework and identify initiatives to improve seller relationship Basic Qualifications /Preferred Qualifications – 5+ years of experience in delivery operations, account management, or a related fieldStrong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, with a focus on last-mile deliveryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholdersProblem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address performance issuesProject management expertise to coordinate cross-functional initiativesExperience with process improvement and the implementation of new systems or toolsMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related fieldBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvementsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
