In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large projects end-to-end. Responsibilities include ownership of a delivery program, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch. You will be required to wear many hats; you must possess a unique combination of technical skills and business acumen as well as a do-what-it-takes attitude. You will need to be a strong leader, able to communicate clearly and compelling at all levels of the company. You will work closely with the engineering leaders, business partners as well as Finance leaders to define the details, resolve dependencies and manage stakeholder expectations. You’re accountable, hands-on problem-solver with a positive attitude, letting nothing stand in the way. You know how to clarify the path forward and prioritize work. You know how to influence others.

Key job responsibilities
The critical functions for this leader are as follows:

* Lead large and/or key strategic initiatives as a single threaded leader across orgs
* Drive planning and end to end process for 3 year strategy, Operational Plan, Monthly / Quarterly business reviews
* Work cross-functionally with the Finance, Retail, Treasury, Engineering, AWS and Amazon Business teams to build the right solutions for our external and internal customers.
* Designing and implementing new processes to delight Finance customers at scale

The ideal candidate is passionate about customer success, has strong product development and process design skills, as well as exceptional project management abilities. The candidate will have demonstrated experience in building and managing teams. They should also be comfortable dealing with unbounded ambiguity and operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
7+ years of technical program management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

10+ years of experience operating, managing, and delivering results in a retail business, product/program management or product development
Proven track record of delivering results
Ability to scale a business, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
Ability to hire and build teams promptly
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and innovated.
High business judgment and deep quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner, with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems independently with extreme attention to detail
History of developing a business strategy in conjunction with senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent customer experience intuition and empathy
MBA or advanced degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science or related areas
