Job Description- RTR Transformation Manager
Define, lead and support large and complex Digital transformations in BPM environment,
Role incumbent will be involved in end-to-end transformation for RTR process which includes support existing engagements, diagnostic, due diligence, client co-design workshops, transformation engagement
Should be a F&A domain expert specializing in end-to-end RTR (Record to Report) tower.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale Transformation project.
Should be a well-established CFO advisor, who is on the forefront of shaping finance of the future for the organization. Ability to prepare collaterals and lead the discussions with CFO and Finance leadership organization
Hands on exposure with Industry Digital F&A technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus already have a proven track record of implementing Digital finance solutions in RTR space
Understand ‘as is’ business processes, design ‘to -be’ processes/operating model, capture and analyze client requirements leading to implementation through one or more levers (technology & non-technology)
Partner with customer and transformation leader in defining and driving the RTR transformation agenda
Aware of the latest trends and technology developments in the RTR domain
Conduct detailed process assessments and identify opportunities/ projects leveraging Digital Transformation levers, prepare implementation plan and present for evaluation, review and approval by the Client
Leverage Digital transformation and best in class market solutions to improve customer experience, efficiency & quality and deliver value by releasing human potential
Leverage internal and external benchmarking data and leading practices to unearth opportunities and prioritization
Experience in deploying Process Excellence & Quality framework using structured problem-solving techniques with good data analytics and problem-solving skills.
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement
Establish and run governance with internal and external stakeholders, pro-actively monitor & track issues for completion
Requirement:
bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting
10+ years of overall F&A experience out of which 5+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation in F&A, Shared Service Center (SSC) preferably in BPM environment for RTR tower
Experience of process reimagination, redesign and harmonization in the Digital environment for Record to Report using key emerging technologies likes Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, RPA, Blackline, Trintech, Oracle, SAP S4 HANA
Excellent problem solving, consulting skills and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and client facing skills, managing multiple stakeholders and conflicts
