Role & Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise transformation solution design for proactive and reactive opportunities while interacting with multiple stakeholders focusing on all transformation technologies – RPA, BPM, AI,ML, Cloud, IOT, Block Chain etc , primary focus on AI/ML.
Responding to RFI/RFP: Gain an understanding of client requirements, identify potential opportunity areas and applicable solution, demonstrate Wipro capabilities and propositions as a differentiator
Create Compelling solutions along with Commercials, Business Case and ROI (Return On Investment)
Push self and cross functional team to innovate on outputs produced by proposals team to make proposals more impactful
Working is 3rd party vendor for sharing the requirement and also negotiating the best quote
Demonstrable energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to paint a vision, put a story around the Enterprise Transformation proposition and articulate where it fits into the customer scenario
Maintain an ongoing awareness of emerging trends and developments in technology that could impact customers and organization.
Ability to hold the solution end to end with all technology components as well as stake holder like, sales, operations etc

Roles & Responsibilities:

Professional Experience:
Strong Exposure to multiple technology tools (RPA, BPM, Analytics, Process Mining) in the capacity of solution architect, business analysts
Must have 8-9 + yrs. work experience related to research, technology or creating proposals/ opportunity identification for improvement
Worked on large to mid-sized deals (10mn+) from a size n scale point of view
Past experience of running quality programs (lean, six sigma, etc.) or business analysis
Working knowledge of BPO industry and understanding of technology transformation trends/ models
Experience in consulting a plus
Microsoft Office expertise; Hands-on experience on Powerpoint, Word & Excel a plus
Strong experience in driving transformation project with Business value delivered to client
Other Competencies:
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Analytical thinker with experience deriving business insights via analytics
Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality
Comfortable in working with cross-functional teams
Experience developing and maintaining management reports in Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word
Domain Knowledge: F&A and HRO (at minimum), other domains BFS, Insurance, Communications, Telecom, ENU etc. (added advantage)
This role is a client facing responsibility which requires the following:
Understanding of business processes to determine problem statements in the F&A & HRO Vertical. Closely work with functional and domain experts and translate how technology can solve a business problem
Should be able to think through existing technology solutions and also have enough industry/market know how to bring in technologies from partners and develop alliances
Develop solution artefacts, value propositions with a representation of end to end business processes and mapping them back to technology solutions
Develop relationships with multiple stake holders (Below list is not exhaustive)–
Functional team to understand the business needs
Technology teams to convert them into technology solutions
Sales and Pre Sales team acting as the engine enabling sales
He/she works as an individual contributor with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and is able to respond to RFI/RFP (RFx) and defend /present solutions with Client while working closely with the onsite Sales teams

Qualifications:

Graduate a must, preferably a Masters
Hands on experience in driving transformation projects with RPA, BPM, AI, ML etc is a must
Good command of knowledge related to transformation technology and its application to business
Knowledge/experience on analytical problem solving, analytical tools
