Building innovative solutions along with practice team
Engaging customers through presales support activities, proposal creation and sizing
End to end responsibility includes pre-bid and post-bid customer interactions until handover to delivery
Providing strategic inputs to the bid response, controlling the flow and approach
Guiding the technical architecture team with business perspective in designing a winnable solution
Interaction with business finance teams and delivery teams for effort estimation and pricing.
Interaction with product vendors and other strategic partners in all presale and post-sale activities
Overall responsibility for quality control, ensure MPT, SOW documents etc are in place
Working closely with sales team to generate funnel, revenue, order book tracking
Conduct workshops, participate in events, willing to travel at short notice to participate in all pre sales activity
Coordinate with organization BDMs, Practices and Account Managers to formulate accurate and timely response to RFP/RFIs
SOW verification / drafting and providing signoff to Transition Team to start Transition
Identifying the Risk in contract and highlighting the same
Involving at Proposal design stage and providing inputs to regional teams before PO signoff itself
Preparing Proposals for New RFP’s which are pure SNXT Deals
Validating factoring and provide suggestions and alternate solutions if any, based on contracts
Understanding on the technologies supported by Wipro Delivery team / centers and in Market
Overview / Understanding on Industry Standard Process like ITIL, ISO etc.
Overview / Understanding on the Remote Tools (EMS) and ability to map with requirements
Understanding on the support models like Hybrid, Shared, Onsite, Dedicated etc.
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
Understand Wipro SNXT Business and align with Customer / RFP Requirements
Flexibility in terms of time, willingness to working under pressure, willing to travel at very short notice if need be
