Sales Practitioner
The Sales Practitioner is accountable for net new sales for Wipro. This professional comes with strong rolodex and establish close relationships with the clients (including CxO level relationships) and open doors for the new opportunities in the market place. Main focus is to grow Wipro’s footprint within the utilities and/or Energy industry across Americas.
Role Expectations:
10-15 years of relevant business development experience selling IT services to Fortune 500 customers
Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives
Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships
Must have a working knowledge of global delivery model and should have closed large deals in hunting new business.
Cultivate, generate & grow large scale relationships for new accounts in the specific industry segments at Wipro.
Identifying prospective clients & create the go to market plan for the identified territory & industry vertical.
Generating business from new accounts and have the capability to drive and lead customer relationships into multimillion dollar engagements.
In addition, also enhancing business from existing accounts achieving consistent contribution and collection norms,
Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the project teams and achieving committed service quality
Building credibility and gaining market share in the territory and able to manage objection well and make their way in for new areas of growth with our customers
Understanding of technology and vertical platforms in order to strategize & craft solutions (along with pre-sales teams) to match customer needs is essential.
