At AWS ProServe India LLP, we are hiring a Practice Manager with a successful record of leading Enterprise customers through a variety of transformative projects involving IT Strategy, distributed architecture, and hybrid cloud operations

AWS ProServe India LLP engage in a wide variety of projects for internal customers and partners, providing collective AWS customer experience, best practices, and obsessing about strong success for the Customer. Our team in India collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product, service, and training teams, to deliver the right solutions and drive feature innovations for our internal customers across all industries.

Practice Managers will be responsible for building and managing a team of professional services consultants working with customers and partners to architect and implement innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a diverse IT and/or Management Consulting background and knowledge of industry IT trends, leveraging this credibility as a strategic advisor to our customers, partners and internally across AWS.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage customers- Collaborate with enterprise sales managers to develop strong customer and partner relationships and build a growing business, driving AWS adoption in key markets and accounts
Lead great people – attract top IT architecture talent to build high performing teams of consultants with superior technical depth, and outstanding customer relationship skills
Deliver value – lead high quality delivery of a variety of customized engagements with partners and enterprise customers in the commercial and public sectors.
Be a customer advocate – Work with AWS engineering teams to convey partner and enterprise customer feedback as input to AWS technology roadmaps
Build organization assets – Lead your AWS team in the build and rollout of packaged offers designed to optimize customer impact, leveraging field experiences and outcomes.

This role is open for Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Mumbai/Delhi/Chennai.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors level technical degree or equivalent professional
Highly technical and analytical, possessing 15 or more years of IT implementation experience
Ability to travel to client locations to deliver professional services as needed
Outstanding customer relationship management experience and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
Consulting practice leadership as a manager; team size &gt10 and P&L responsibility
Deep understanding of infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) cloud computing transition challenges
Enterprise architecture successes including virtualization technologies & distributed architecture
Familiarity with archive, disaster recovery and business continuity in global operations
Familiarity with compliance & security standards across the enterprise IT landscape

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Visible IT Industry thought leadership on relevant topics related to enterprise IT
Vertical industry sales and delivery experience of contemporary services and solutions
Experience with design of modern, scalable delivery models for technology consulting services
Business development experience including complex agreements w/ integrators and ISVs
Sales and delivery experience with International and Indian enterprise customers and partners
