Responsibilities Include:
Resolve low to medium priority tickets related to network
Investigate and troubleshoot daily issues related to network
Work on configuration changes by following the defined SOP
Automate daily tasks using PowerShell/Python scripting
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree from an accredited US college or university
Must be willing to work in a 24×7 environment
Must be a US Citizen
Desired Skills:
Basic system administration skills
Basic networking skills
Basic programming skills (PowerShell/Python)
Analysis and troubleshooting skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
Knowledge of Azure is a plus
