As a Social Media Marketing Executive with Amazon Seller Services India, you will play a pivotal role in driving seller engagement and success on the platform through strategic social media campaigns. The position requires you to develop and execute compelling social media content and campaigns that effectively reach and attract new Amazon sellers, as well as nurture and support existing ones. You will collaborate closely with the broader seller marketing team to understand their objectives, and then translate those into impactful social strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should possess strong social media marketing expertise, excellent written and visual content creation skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and rapidly changing social media trends. You should also be a proactive self-starter, comfortable working independently as well as part of a cross-functional team. Key job responsibilities
– Develop and execute cohesive social media marketing strategies and campaigns to drive seller awareness, engagement, and conversion on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
– Create compelling, platform-optimized content (text, images, videos, stories, etc.) that resonates with target seller audiences and encourages them to take desired actions like signing up, enrolling in programs, or seeking support.
– Leverage social listening and data analytics to gain deep insights into seller pain points, behaviors, and preferences, and use these to inform highly personalized, conversion-focused social media initiatives.
– Continuously test, measure, and optimize social content and campaigns to improve performance and uncover new opportunities for seller acquisition and retention.
– Collaborate closely with the broader seller marketing team to ensure social media strategies are aligned with and amplify other channel efforts.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices to innovate and experiment with new, leading-edge tactics.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative mindset, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of planning and executing successful social campaigns. A deep understanding of the seller ecosystem, coupled with an agile approach, will be crucial for success in this role.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree
– 3-4 years of experience in website building, UI/UX roles is preferred
– Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
– Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
– Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly in the local language
– Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
– Experience in Website management/CMS operations are preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Innovative and creative with Web technologies to build high performing websites and . Expert knowledge of JS & HTML is preferred
