Within the Recruiting Engine, this position is for the Recruiting Services team which comprises of scheduling and non-scheduling activities and has the following teams: Employee Referral Program, Students Program, Rehire Eligibility, Systems Support, Candidate & Travel Expense Management, Internal Loops Scheduling, Online Assessments, and Phone Screens.

We are looking for someone with strong experience in program management and process excellence with below key qualifications:

Recruiting Services is seeking a Leader to manage Training and Quality Programs team. The ideal candidate is obsessed about the customer experience, never settle for good enough, and continually inspire others to do better for the customer. This role will have a track record of flawless execution; continuous improvement of large service operations, tools, and processes; and demonstrating ownership as well as bias for action. You will be expected to lead and manage Trainers , Quality analyst and Program managers. You will partner with Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Operations leaders, Instructional Designer, and the Training team to identify needs and to build, iterate and execute training development for internal & external customers. Key job responsibilities

1. Lead a fast-growing org of 15-25 amazon leaders from L3 – L5
2. Ensure high quality in Training delivery, Quality and Programs

1. Partner with key stakeholders to identify training needs.
2. Create, organize, administer, maintain, and manage training.
3. Provide feedback on learning objectives and content outlines, as needed.
4. Improve training efficacy by driving implementation of training interventions in various programs.
5. Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and down-stream-impact periodically and report on them.

1. Lead and set vision for Content management and develop customer focused approach

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. 10-12 years of working experience with 3+ years of experience in people management.
2. Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
3. Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning, training practices, and certification programs.
4. Demonstrated experience working with remote teams.
5. Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Knowledge of Recruiting
2. Experience in adult learning theory, instructional design, training delivery, and training evaluation.
3. Proven track record of delivering large scale, complex and cross functional projects and programs.
4. Ability to converse with technology teams to bridge the language gap between business and tech.
