Job Summary
The position is part of Fullstride Cloud and Infrastructure business for Europe. You will be joining a diverse team of experts who combine innovative thinking with breakthrough technologies to progress further and faster. Architect will be responsible to create solutions that help differentiate Wipro in Market place, enable large deal win, Focus on Building relationships & enhance Wipro’s Market positioning with Analyst and Advisory community
Responsibilities:
As a Managed Services Lead / Architect, you will use your expertise to construct specific and detailed solutions that encompass process, technology, project and staffing plans. You will lead the design of high complexity and revenue custom services solutions by:
translating the client’s IT requirements into specific systems, applications and/or process designs for custom technical solutions and proposal.
balancing the needs of sales and delivery to design a solution that meets or exceeds the requirements of service delivery.
Tasks will include:
Working in a Physical/Virtual team to create win solution strategy and tailored value proposition to customers
Align technology choices and their integrations with the respecting technical towers and practices.
Composing applicable Technical Solution Document, orchestrate the creation and negotiation of Statement of Works and SLA documentation related to the Proposal and Contracting phase of the opportunity
Ensure delivery and risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to custom solution proposals. Lead approvals and review discussion to ensure the associated workflow, documentation and deliverables are met.
Responsible for solution cost calculation of all services in scope including resources loading, products, 3rd party costs by following organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modelling.
Participation in the construction of optimized commercial models that align with custom solution proposal.
Responsibility extends beyond the sale into transition and transformation phase in the form of architecture review boards and innovation councils
The Lead Solution Architect will serve as a general service subject matter expert to both internal and external customers and exposed to high degree to Wipro and Customer leadership to represent the entire deal solution in presentations and meetings.
Qualification / Experience
At least 10 years of prior experience in Pre-Sales, design and solutions roles in a global organization is mandatory
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills in English
Conversational German in oral and written communication
Excellent customer handling skills.
Committed to keep customer timelines and ensure quality of deliverables
Hands-on to execute tasks at hand without support
Self-driven with strong people coordination / management skills
Flexible to adopt to any situation in a bid process driven by customer success
Understanding of public and private cloud solutions and technologies
Understanding of Workplace solutions like O365, Service Desk, Service Management,
Understanding of Next-Gen solutions leveraging technology like- Digital, Automation, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence.
Understanding of network and software defined networking.
Understanding of security aspects around the infrastructure solutions
