As a Licensed Sales Agent you will assist customers with inquiries that will include; general policy information, enrollment assistance, benefit breakdown, billing review, and cross selling vision. various ancillary products.
Job Description:
Take inbound calls from prospects and existing members. & make outbound calls to warm/hot leads or existing customers.
Ability to navigate various applications and multi-task.
Have interactive conversations with prospective and existing customers to showcase your active listening skills
Effectively create customer need by conducting various probing techniques.
Accurately describe benefits and features for all available product lines.
Follow documented processes and guidelines.
Document systems properly to ensure accurate tracking and accountability.
Achieve all sales and call center goals.
Act as Peer Trainer to facilitate new hire transition from classroom to production. ?
Perform administrative type tasks that support team. (This is a limited need among the team and will be taken into consideration for performance).
Be actively engaged in team chat to support own learning and the learning of others.

Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED required.
Valid insurance license with health component.
Current continuing education requirements for license must be met
Knowledge of successful selling techniques.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Outstanding customer service skills
Must have an enthusiastic, flexible and assertive personality.
Experience in a call center.
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
PC literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products is a plus
Must be comfortable in a competitive goals driven sales environment.
Must demonstrate multi-tasking and critical thinking skills regularly.
Passion for helping people and developing strong sales relationships
Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times
Good attendance is a must.
Hardwired high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30mbps and upload speed of 20mbps with the ability to connect company supplied equipment via 2 Ethernet ports on existing modem/router.
Ability & flexibility to troubleshoot any connectivity issues with your local ISP
Ability to work independently and self-manage to requirements
