Job summary
Learning Coordinator – LMS & Reports will
1.Administer or implement training related applications GSF Learning Academy (LMS) and INGSF Wiki
2. Responsible for the implementation, configuration, operation, maintenance and support for GSF Learning Academy (LMS)
3. Support L&D department by processing information in LMS – Onboarding & deboarding of users, completing employee information, content upload, manage adoption reports, run campaign with notifications, engage inert learners, assign refresher courses for bottom performers.
4. Validate report data, performs data analysis, maintain & publish reports on user management, adoption, course completion, compliance, feed read report, reward points, maintaining Instructor led training details, campaign progress at site, region, network and org level.
5. Responsible for making course content functional in LMS.
6. Conduct campaign to drive learning adoption in GSF Learning Academy
7. Develop content repository basis Course plan and curriculum for Associates, Pickers, TL, SSAs.
8. Analyze Associate engagement in LMS and assessment performance data, conduct engagement campaigns, continuously monitor, recognize trend and improve adoption.
9. Automate learning courses using KNet as per LMS functionalities and monitor adoption
10. Update necessary content on INGSF L&D Website on weekly and monthly basis.
11. Maintain project documentation, course repository, course journal and training records.
12. Ensures quality of training data reported to stakeholders and internal team members
13. Analyze the gaps & redesign existing reports and dashboards
14. Create and validate reports for audit requests as needed
15. Collaborate and assist with stakeholders from GSF Org units – L&D, ACES PoC in implementing and using the LMS in their technical and functional activities.
16. Work with vendors to address and resolve LMS issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. 3+ years of experience in LMS management, Learning co-ordination and Report management
2. Experience in Learning Management Systems.
3. Experience in report management, dashboard creation.
4. Expertise in MS Excel, Macro, SQL/HTML
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Attention to detail
7. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
8. Prior experience in Learning Management System
9. Evidence of ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates with steady progression in -Training/Learning Management for the last 3+ years in a manufacturing/production/distribution leadership role

Ability to adapt well to fast-paced, yet ambiguous, environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment
Experience in Learning Management Systems.
Expertise in MS Excel, Macro, SQL/HTML
