CBS and Markets Learning Coordinator

The Talent Development and Learning (TD&L) Team for EY Canada is seeking a personable and proactive individual to help us plan and deploy small and large-scale learning and networking events. The incumbent will work primarily with the Markets, Executive and CBS learning team but will also contribute to other service line initiatives.
Position description:
The Learning Coordinator (LC) is responsible for the coordination and logistics of Markets, Executive and CBS learning and processing Continuing Education (CE) credits. This role supports the Learning Services Specialist (LSS) and Learning Leader (LL) to design and deploy learning solutions to our internal clients.
The LC primary responsibilities include working with learning champions to ensure the processing of CE credits in EY’s learning management system for learning related sessions. Additionally, submitting courses and scheduling offerings, managing participant rosters, communications and compliance and course deployment, including production and pre and post course activities.

Key responsibilities
CBS and Markets calendar management: Send calendar invites and track responses
Maintain shared mailbox for Markets and CBS
SuccessFactors: create items, manage scheduled offerings, OTO submissions, attendance management, etc.
Ongoing management of learner queries escalated from MyLearning as well as addressing questions as needed or triaging to the appropriate team member
Prep all event logistics and coordinate with the event producer (includes training room and travel bookings for any in-person sessions)
Invoice management
Reporting on CBS external learning requests
Prepare first draft of communications as needed (e.g. CBS Newsletter, calendar invitation)
SharePoint site updates (multiple pages)
Support all learning sessions offered by our team
Liaise with the DAT and CAT teams as needed
Collaborate with the wider TD&L learning team
Other admin tasks as needed
Skills and attributes for success
Experience in managing conference logistics, program deployment or project management
Proficient in Outlook
Proficient in Excel (filters, vlookups, pivot tables or Power Query).
Proficient in Zoom, MS Teams, SharePoint and Office 360
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly SuccessFactors, is an asset
Strong attention to detail and impeccable communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
Great interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
Willingness to work in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently during peak times
Ability to take initiative and think through next steps / prioritize items to complete
Flexible and adaptive to manage additional requests as required
This position may require overtime during peak times.
