DESCRIPTION

Job summary
1) Primary Scope- RSC HR & Admin
2) Coordination with Agencies for adequate manpower supply and enforcement of contractual terms under the agreement
3) Absenteeism/ Attrition Control measures and Leave Management, Daily attendance tracking.
4) Agency audits and recording of Compliance records at Site
5) Time to time contract closures / renewals of associates and break adherence
6) Salary Input Processing
7) Monthly Agency Bill processing and query resolution with associates/ agency / finance, etc.
8) Just in time associate conflict resolution and support in handling external site issues.
9) Ensure adequate basic supplies and proper accounting of – pantry, lockers, etc.
10) Site Infra audit and closures on basic facilities for employees
11) Site Compliance – record updates and execution on actions
12) Engagement Activities – Birthday celebration, Monthly Learning Activity, Reward & Recognition or any other events to be organized for associate experience.
13) Support in managing associate feedback and monitor the closures – VOA, FGD’s, Agency Connect, etc.
14) Attend all emergencies at site pertaining to HR services
15) To play enabler role for internal stake holder and ensuring HR governance on the policies and procedures
16) Lead and partner on CSR initiatives
17) To publish monthly HR dashboard and align site ops leaders on specific insights

Key job responsibilities
• Work with a diverse group of stakeholders including Site Operations, Support functions, HRRC, External Vendors, ER and compliance teams to ensure smooth operation of the site.
• Fulfill site level green badge staffing in line with operational demand by leveraging diverse staffing levers such as Regular, Flex etc.
• Set high bar on people experience by driving ACL practices such as Gemba, FGDs, 1on1, BRT etc., while ensuring representation from diverse group and ensuring translation of voice to actionable.
• Responsible for all site level PXT led mechanisms such as VOA, We Care, Stride, DDD and developing internal mechanism for enhanced people experience.
• Act as a trusted owner for grievance handling for the site and proactive sensing of ER issues.
• Identify associates pain areas not directly controlled by PXT and ensure increased associate experience by influencing functional stakeholders at site
• Have a working understanding of relevant amazon policies, standards and statutory compliance applicable to relevant support groups and ensure same is adhrered and violations are highlighted.
• Using HRIS analytics to understand themes and generate actionable people insights for the site.
• Manage the leaves of associates as per the site absenteeism trend. Track and coach NCNS cases.
• Support agencies to conduct disciplinary investigation and assist in subsequent corrective actions
• Share pre and in shift update on GB HC status for the site and manage the execution, system and telephonic calling of flex lever.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Strong proficiency in excel, 1-2 experience in creating dashboards, driving metrices with data insights
2 – 3 years of relevant work experience
Deadline driven, team player, with strong customer focus
Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
Must be detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on issues
Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions. Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel
