Sales Management.
Manage business for his/her NAM’s as per their target Managing and deepening the Merchant Acquiring Portfolio assigned Signing up Merchants to grow the portfolio.
To expand and grow the acquiring business in the region.
Relationship and sales management.
Retention of merchants through cross sell of allied banking products.
Improvement in the portfolio health and retention through sales of VAS products to merchants.
Liability and asset cross sell.
Ensure growth in CA float Coordinate with the product teams and ensure the CIB/NAV contribution.
Cross sell of asset products to the National Level Merchants.
Relationship Management.
Build and manage relationship with internal and external channels.
Work closely with Corporate banking, ECG & FIG team for sourcing and servicing of clients.
Build relationship with vendors to provide customized solutions to the merchant Needs to manage service delivery to ensure complaints resolution.
