Geographic/ Channel coverage To plan division of PAN India locations amongst Regional Trainers and ensure all Training resources are effectively utilized.
To ensure sufficient frequency and geographic spread for the training programs planned.
To ensure trainings are catered to all the sales channels pertaining to Payments Business To ensure maximum no of unique locations covered Conceptualizing Training Programs.
Would be responsible to identify the training needs of FOS (HDB/ Talentpro / ADFC) pertaining to all the sales channels of Payments Business.
To ensure relevant and comprehensive Training modules are in place to meet the requirements of the channels To ensure all the core products & cross sell products pertaining to Payments Business are covered in the training modules.
To ensure PLP structures are part of training modules.
Training Delivery To ensure maximum no of Training sessions organized by the team to have maximum staff covered To ensure maximum participant coverage across all Functions pertaining to Payments Business i.
e.
Retail, Wholesale & IFB To ensure all Trainers are delivering maximum no of Man-hours To track the coverage percentage of each trainer and drive them to increase the same to ensure increase in overall coverage percentage Recruitment and Team Management Would be responsible to recruit Regional Training Managers (HDB Managers) Timely onboarding of new Trainers Will be responsible to coach, guide and mentor the team.
Interactions with team at a regular frequency and drive them to deliver requisite coverage Effectiveness of training To put in place a suitable mechanism to track the performance of the Trainers thru feedback and data based MIS To use the same to build performance scorecards of the training managers To ensure product, policy & process knowledge downloaded at the ground level vide trainings.
To track average quiz scores post the trainings Compliance Awareness To ensure thru training programs awareness on Compliance aspects are reiterated at the grass root level.
To ensure frontline HDB staff is trained on regulatory trainings To ensure awareness of right customer service through trainings to avoid complaints.
To sensitize front end sales on DOs & DONTs to be followed while sourcing through trainings Coordination with Stakeholders To coordinate with Product, Sales, Credit, Policy & Ops & RIC team to stay abreast of latest process / product/ policy roll outs and obtain relevant inputs for content development and build strategic perspective To facilitate TTT sessions along with Product teams to ensure Training Managers are aware of latest changes and new initiatives pertaining to business To ensure speakers are invited from other functions of business during training programs To share feedback received from ground level back to Product on the challenges faced by front end.
