Job Description
Smooth operations in terms of accuracy and TAT BOH needs to ensure error free transactions handling.
Transactions need to be processed as per prescribed guideline and TAT.
Manpower Management Proper allocation of manpower to various activities in the branch.
Proper training of the all team members Develop back up for all the products Exigency management Audit and Compliance Ensure good audit ratings.
Timely submission of correct compliance to all Internal, Process & Regulatory audits.
Coordination with stake holders To have good coordination with stake holders like Business, Credit, Audit, Customers, IT, Vendors, CPU and senior management etc.
Investigate customer complaints and analyze, send response and resolve the same under intimation to seniors.
Implementation of new products Ensure smooth implementation of system / Enhancement and migrations.
To take up issues related to Infrastructure / Utilities / Systems.
To identify / escalate accounts with huge unprofitable / unproductive volumes, regular and high percentage of returns, cases of potential misuse of the banking systems.
Regulators Management To deal with RBI, Income Tax, State / Central Govt.
, DRI, ROC etc.
as and when required.
To hold / maintain decent relations with all the regulators.
Cost Management / Basic Hygiene Effective Cost management Implementation of SOX & Five S.
Back up of CH In absence of CH, needs to manage the routine operation of Cluster branches.
