esponsible for CA Nos Acquisition & On boarding Cross -sell income target achievement Customer Engagement: Handling a portfolio of 80 – 100 CA led Groups with a max.
Of 50 base groups.
Portfolio Quality & Hygiene: a.
To offer right business solutions to the customer with regular engagement with customer for value build up and cross sale.
Maintain portfolio quality benchmarks for Activation / balance maintenance / Digital Activation & Family Banking.
Lead generation for Business Assets [Fund Based and Non Fund Based] through EEG, BBG, LAP, ECG& BL Responsible to ensure Customer On-boarding/Process Adherence/Supervisory Reviews/Joint Calls, with adherence to Bank policies and guidelines such as KYC & AML/reduction of FTNR.
