a) Company Ratings: Responsible for managing the entire Corporate Rating process in line with RBI & Basel guidelines for all Wholesale and Retail Businesses.
Estimation and Validation of PD, LGD and CCF for Corporate Portfolio both from IRB perspective and internal reporting.
Implementation of Basel II with respect to estimation of Risk Weighted Assets for the Wholesale book.
Portfolio analysis for various Regulatory reporting and internal submissions Implementation of necessary system support towards adoption of Basel II- IRB approach Work closely with internal committees (Validation, Audit etc) to ensure the IRB estimates meet desired compliance requirements Present Risk estimates and CRAR results to various stakeholders and risk committees.
Working with IT team on automating the IRB estimates Identifying areas of automation/ process improvements and engaging with relevant stakeholders for implementing the same.
Interface with the underwriting team /senior management for identification of risk factors Reviewing the Wholesale Risk estimates and CRAR with senior management for implementation Interface with validation / audit on observations on the current IRB practices.
Interface with regulators on observations on the Risk Estimates and CRAR b) Industry Analysis Analysis of Industry/ sector and read through industry reports, webinars and seminars pertaining to the industry to keep ourselves abreast of the latest updates and trends in those various industries assigned to him/her.
Industry presentations evaluating sector performance and rating movement at a portfolio level.

Skills
1. Excellent Quantitative and analytical skills
2. Strong Interpersonal / Communication skills
3. Experience in handling large volumes of data. Good excel skills
4. Good understanding of the regulatory guidelines with respect to capital adequacy
5. Good understanding of Banking especially wholesale assets
6. Should be able to manage and groom the team assigned to him / her in order to develop their competencies
