Job Description
Application Production Management / Capacity Planning / DR & BCP Management Responsible to ensure that all core applications availability, sustenance and stability is maintained as per the SLA agreed with business teams.
Notifies Function head of any risks and issues.
Works with Function head to resolve identified risks and issues.
Reports to and receives direction from Function head Seeks business inputs on volume projection and align SMG team to periodically on cards application for sustained uptime / release time.
Conduct DR / BCP drills for critical applications as per ITPP / RBI mandate.
Timely highlight issues to Function head and take guidance to resolve the issue on priority.
Ensure all items escalated by the stakeholders are being handled without any delay and provide clarity to the users on the next steps towards resolution.
Maintain track on critical business / application parameters and perform health check for accuracy and correctness to avoid any business / customer issues in future.
Participate in budget planning wherever applicable.
Project Management Initiate / participate user discussions related to new business initiatives and guide them to initiate Concept Note with ROI for System Enhancements or New Solution Identification.
Clearly articulate and define the scope & solution of the project by discussing with IT / Vendors and various functions on the requirements.
Execute all the project stages and ensure that the timelines set for the Project is met without compromising on Vendor or Software Quality and strictly adhere to ITPP compliance across all processes / systems in Credit Cards.
Organize and Execute project review meetings with users, stakeholders, vendors and IT at various project stages and ensure that project is closely monitored to avoid any slippage on the plan published.
Facilitate sign-off from Audit and Users on new systems and enhancements.
Issues lifecycle management Conducts regular meetings to review and monitor issues.
High / Super critical issues are to be resolved within 24 hours.
Ensures timely go live of fixes to avoid business / customer impact.
Ensures testing phase is complete in all respects without any PIR issues.
Reviews all documentations and ensures ITPP is complied Approves CCFs / test plan / test cases / fall back plans.
User / Business management Review process changes / suggest process changes to business in order increase efficiency, reduce cost, enhance customer experience and increase business income.
Suggestions to various units on the functionality available in the system and provide feedback on user requirements / demands.
Assists users in providing consultation for all existing implemented functionalities / processes where there is a system dependency Provides technical solutions for the commercial card vertical.
Supports business in timely deploying of FAS rules in Vision PLUS & Promotional campaigns in Prima.
Extends additional support on User ID creation / deletion / access review (CPMS, Reveleus, Eprocess, Sign Scan, Sign View) till such time BPRG team takes over the UAM for these application.
Provides inputs to business on the current trends in Cards domain.
Participates and assists all audit / compliance related actionable from time to time.
Ensure audit compliance related findings are remediated within the agreed time.
People Management Ensure JD & goal sheets are prepared for new and replacement positions.
Recruit team members and place the right person in the right role as defined in the job description.
Act as a mentor, coach, motivate and guide the team members to achieve the teams goal within the stipulated time frame.
Conduct periodic training to team members to timely discharge their duties.
Encourage team members to attend Bank conducted training programs.
Ensure the business continuity is sustained even in the absence of resources.

Skills
Prior experience in project management in Vision PLUS area Credit Cards And Prepaid Cards
Domain knowledge of Payments Business (Credit Cards Issuance / Acquiring)
Knowledge about Banking and related technology
Team Management and Leadership skills
Functional knowledge of various Cards business processes
Through knowledge of SDLC and Project Management
Analytical & Negotiation Skills
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Vision PLUS domain knowledge
Staying abreast on market trends
Testing experience / relevant training on testing practices
Visa / MC / Diners compliance requirements
RBI regulatory requirements
